We collect sales tax in California. Orders shipped to this state will have sales tax automatically added to the order total. Processing an OrderYour order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order placement. All orders ship UPS. Please account for weekends and holidays when estimating delivery dates. If your order is not shipped within 30 days then you will have the option to cancel. How to Change Your OrderWe process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the above e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of goods. No warranty is offered beyond 3 days. To receive a credit for damaged merchandise, a picture (digital or otherwise) must be sent to Bamboo4birds.com with a request for credit and an explanation. We will review the request and issue a credit as appropriate. No COD returns will be accepted. For any questions regarding returns please email. Return PolicyShould you wish to return the product you purchased, you may return it at your own expense and if it is in new condition, we will give you a store credit for your purchase price less the cost of shipping.
